Sorry but the repeater is intermittently deaf, so wouldn't NF4GA be a better alternative until Mike K5JR and team have another look at it?
I've offered to help of course...no dice

AE4TQ - Of course, your considerate offer to help is appreciated.
However, the issue is not a lack of ¡°resources¡±. ? Access to the Repeater site is hard won and restricted by the building owner and facilities management. We don¡¯t just drop in and when we do, only those on ¡°the list¡± are allowed. And always, a bag of ?Lays Classic chips is required (inside joke). We always mind our P¡¯s and Q¡¯s and are on our best behavior on site.
As you mentioned, currently the Repeater has some sort of intermittent issue with the main Receiver. When the Receiver works, it seem to work fine. Nominal. °Õ³ó±ð²Ô¡¡ Transmit seems to be working fine, the Repeater IDs, etc.
Be assured, your ¡°WB4RTH Repeater Maintenance Team¡± is on the case. Mike, (currently KL7) and team, touched it last (failed Astron PS, in service since 2018). So, we¡¯ll probably limp along and await Mike¡¯s return before making a site visit.
BTW: Know at some point, we may indeed need to ¡°pass the hat¡± for contributions. Keeping the Repeater going is at a cost. We have most spares, so we are good so far.
Thanks again, John G. KE4ENI ?
