The ARRL NTS schedule for traffic handling is below. Does this make
sense to anyone? I think if we compose a message and deliver via
LSB, CW, or FM we are on the right track.

The bonus is worded as 10 points for each message initiated or
forwarded, up to 100 pts. I think we'd need to "initiate" ten messages.

Separately, there is a bonus of 100 pts for initiating a message to the
section manager.
