I use an EFHW on 80-10 for one of my stations and it gets me on the air. I have worked some DX but I don’t think that it is near as good as a dipole. Doesn’t resonant on all bands as advertised

I think a dipole would be a better performer. The end fed would only require 1 rope to hang up high. With a pulley, a different antenna could be easily hoisted up in minutes. Tim

I listened a few times and have heard folks on but using my vertical at that time the signals are very weak. I need to repair my OCF dipole and get that installed instead.
