Re: FD2022
Eric, The only need for your TS-590 I can think of would be if you really want to set up one operator position with two radios on FT4/8. We could do that with two TS-590s to keep setup a bit simpler.

Re: logging?
Hey Nick, As I¡¯m pretty sure you are about to see, asking what logging program is best is like asking which football team is best, or which car is bests. If four people respond there will be five

Re: logging?
Nick, I am using ComCat right now. I have used Logic in the past an both are good. My issue with Logic is having to repurchase the software with each release. Both will automatically upload to LOTW

logging?
Hi folks, What logging program or method do you use? I'm still in the stone-age, logging to paper during QSO, then putting that in a spreadsheet that ends up on Google for public viewing at <

Re: FD2022
The only QRO radio I have is a FT-897D. I suspect it won't be needed, but I'm happy to lend it out. Nick

Re: FD2022
Hey Eric, Too bad you won¡¯t make it for lunch. But at least that will move the ¡°central¡± location for lunch much closer to Marietta instead of somewhere around Anderson, SC. ? Maybe we could

Re: FD2022
Unfortunately I can't make lunch. Because the setup is so simple I think that we might go ahead and consider running A class. For the last 2 years I ran 2A all digital in SC and did very well in my

Re: FD2022
I'll be busy on 4/30, but could make the hamfest or range on 4/23. Class A or E would tickle my fancy. I'm happy to lend my 16KWh EV battery to the cause, although I admit I don't know what the 12V

FD2022
Hope everyone had a super Easter weekend! Well, from the folks responding so far, it looks like for FD 2022 we have AE4TQ Eddie, W4MC Eric, WB4SQ Gary, AJ2Y Joe, and KE4UW Dave in for sure, and maybe

Re: Field Day 2022
I'm interested, and am up for in-person op (CW/SSB/digi) -- I'll double-check with my calendar and family and will confirm. The last few years I've either been out of state or also on a scheduled bike

Tim, I've had a big question mark about you for a long time. A bike ride instead of Field Day? That's highly questionable. You can ride your bike any of the other 363 days of the year. Jeff n1kdo

I'm a big question mark right now as well. I'm open that Friday - Sunday in my calendar except an organized bicycle ride that Saturday. Tim
