Mike, I'm assuming you are planning to use the PC CW generation in WriteLog plus a paddle connected to the Built In CW Keyer in the ICOM 775, correct? I noticed there is only a KEY jack on the back of

Re: More...
Jim, Yep, we should use the PC to key in normal use. I use the standard conventions for field movement and entry. Spaces or tabs move from field to field. "Enter" makes the log entry. I use the Fkeys

Hey gang, It's getting to be crunch time for making a decision on whether to use Phil's trailer (designed to be a big horse trailer) to contain 4 stations, or to use the tent I got at the 'big tool

Re: FW: FD
I'd vote for the TENT... the confinement of the trailer (metal, at that) will be VERY distracting for 4 operators... I like your idea of setting-up the tent on Thursday... if at least adequate, then

I heard last night on the net we don't have many 12 volt HF rigs. I have a fully stocked (including crystal filter - good for CW) Kenwood TS-850SAT. He doesn't like 110 VAC. He LOVES 13 VDC! IF this
