When it rains . . .
In 40 years as a ham, until today I had never worked Korea on 12m. This evening I worked 8 Korean stations on 12m. Go figure! Must be some kind of special event going on in Korea. Korean QSO party?

Re: logging?
Back in the pre-N1MM days, Writelog was among the best contest loggers, expecially for RTTY contesting. But now N1MM is at least as good, maybe in some ways better, and N1MM is free, while Writelog

Re: logging?
Writelog is really not a great choice for any serious contest operation. If you want to play around it¡¯s ok, but not a hard core app like N1MM+. James Nail

I use DX4WIN for logging and Writelog for contesting

The N3FJP suite of logging programs are also very strong.? I use it for POTA and it is awesome.? Each "module" (I guess that is the best to call it) is purpose built for the specific contest, so

Re: logging?
Yea. What Jim said. For contesting, use N1MM. Other loggers can be used for contests, sorta. But that is what N1MM is designed for and it has many many features optimized for contesting. For some,

Re: logging?
Just my 2 cents. For any serious logging during a ¡®contest¡¯ most in the US use N1MM+. Having said that FD is not really considered a contest, so most logging programs are adequate. Jim WA2MBP

Nick, The various web-based logs have somewhat different purposes. LOTW is the ARRL¡¯s ¡°official¡± log-matching program. Your log is compared to that of others who upload, and where they match
