Ham Radio Integrator Visual Studios version. For Windows 7, 8, 8.1, 10 using DOTNET 4.6.1 version 28SEP2017v1. New MT63 digital mode with true 8 bit transmssion. The MT63 7 bit modes use escape chars to send 8 bit data. I do not know if it is legal to use on amateur frequencies. Fixes in Digital socket which might allow Mars StationManager to use HRI. Fixes to 8-bit data over 7-bit mode.
