I'm in need of some plaster work (fallen ceiling pieces, and the like), some of which, to match the adjacent stuff, would need to be textured/sculpted/whatever-it's-called. I have sidewalks on Valley Road which the Town sited as having violations. The mason that I called to give me an estimate for the repair, said that he was bonded by the Town but had issues dealing with the County because of a lack of response.... Anyone have experience with this?
