We will focused on JA during the greyline.

Most of the time we will not be on the default FT4/FT8 QRG because of the QRM from locals.
Multistreams will only be done if the signals are strong enough, but the lower bands will be difficult.

I found that you will be active as 5R8WP. 5R is one of new for my 160m DXCC, so I will look for you there. I had ever heard 5R8M on 160m CW in 2014 but he could not copy me.
I remember that we worked on FT8 many times, so I am thinking FT8 will be best mode for our 160m QSO. Please remember, FT8 operation on 1840 is not reasonable because we will have big QRM often.
I recommend you will try on 1836 and do not recommend multi stream operation there. It will make us very difficult to copy you.

Do we divided the fee by 4 or only by 3 and Gerben makes his own think?
Each from us must upload his log to Lotw by hisself I can not do that.
We can do that 3 months after the exped. is finished maybe 6 months.
I can manage our 3 logs by Clublog like the KH8 logs.
Each of us can annouce the exped. by hisself on qrz.com and he can annouce the other 3 calls that shows we go together and QSL Manager DL2AWG and PG5M.

Gerben like to handle his own QSL.
I have no problems to have one common QSL card and 1 manager for all calls.
I don’t want to be the QSL manager hi!
?
If we have our licenses on paper we can make the announcement to the DX community.
It would be nice that we can mention also the QSL manager(s).
?
After we have our license, the QSL manager(s) can request the certificates for LOTW.
We can register our calls at Clublog and as DXpedition call.
Update our QRZ page.
Anything else?

Hi all, ? The fee that you get from the QSL requests will only be divided by the three of you. I have my own fee that comes in via Clublog and direct cards. ? Regards, ? Gerben ?

Please provide your feedback, suggestions, additions and comments on the following text: ? =========== From 11-22 October a team will be active from Nosy Be (IOTA AF057), Madagascar. The team members are:
5R8WP - Ron PA3EWP
5R8WG - Geunter DL2AWG
5R8MM - Erno DK2AMM
5R8CG - Gerben PG5M We will run two station simultaneously and will operate CW, SSB, RTTY and FT8. Each station consists of an Elecraft K3 with SPE Expert 1.3K-FA amplifier. Spare radios are SunSDR2 PRO and IC7300.
Antennas will be a Hexbeam for 6-20m, DX Commander for 10-40m, 30m vertical with elevated radials, 80m vertical and 160m vertical. Depending on internet availability, we will update our logs on Clublog on a daily basis. QSL information:
5R8WP, 5R8WG and 5R8MM via DL2AWG (Clublog and later LoTW)
5R8CG via PG5M (Clublog and later LoTW) ?
