Just finished converting my 7x lathe to CNC and trying to get everything configured correctly.

Win7, Mach3, UC100, gecko 540.? X and Z axis only for now.

I have been able to get the motors to run and be calibrated.? However, as soon as I turn on the Gecko unit the motors engage and never release until I shut the unit down.? They do not release when the E Stop is hit.? Is there a setting that I could have wrong?? On my gantry mill the motors disengage when the E Stop is triggered.
