Tom If you have Dolphin you can use the post processor to disable ARC output and replace them with a series of cut vectors, length of vectors can be controlled by setting an Arc Tolerance within

thata BIG Z axis .. you wouls need a VERY rigid structure to support that, the only routers I have seen with a 3' (thats about 1000mm ?? ) Z axis have always been large, cast iron structures. Always

umm .. a circle is only one line, how can it not be 'connected' curves? .. are you using bezier curves? if so thes are not supported by the DXF convertor. you will have to use multiple small straight

Mach II
I am using Autocad 2000 as my drawing package. I ddraw a circle, but the export in DXF doesn't work to connect all the lines. There must be a way to make the arcs and curves join. Any ideas?
