It is possible to replicate a surface with Mach3 but you need to turn
on add letters to coords, in config ports and pins, Mill options then
add your own commands as per the first 4 lines below, and the last
three lines see below, this is a bit of a fudge but can be made to
work, although I also use Rhino for this,

point cloud. It is not a surface replication type fo
thing. Try running rhino or similar CAM program and

create a mesh , then a toolpath from the mesh..
