Well, went to bed at 7pm last night & only just woken up!
It happened at my father’s work place too.
Hi wife shouted It’s 7 it’s time for work, he replied I’;ve only just gone to bed!

Decent long stretches of sleep repair the brain according to my neuro. So I’ve been trying to get in minimum 7 hrs at a stretch. Have managed 9-10. Think it’s doing me good post op.

I very much think you’re right Jude. Unfortunately, it’s not too easy when you have Mr & Mrs Pablo Escobar living next door. It’s only about now, after 18 months my stress levels are going down.

Having neighbours harass my father was really the last straw. I mean a man of 93, who gave is all & expected to liberate Japan to be treated in this way. I’m having my foot debried on Tuesday. I WILL STAY THE NIGHT WITH HIM

Maybe your Dad would be safer at this point of his life in senior accommodation. Don’t know how it works in UK.

Not very well! I think when he couldn’t care for my mother any more & she was put in a care home, that really was when he started to go down hill.
