Old and new


 

This ancient keyboard I think a leftover from G4 or G3 has saved me umpteen times when the modern flat ones fail :-)

They are reliable, but more difficult to type on, I find.

We¡¯ve just got rid of our last old one, connected to an old Mac Mini for a school near here. Kids are short of digital connection for schooling.

I have no trouble using the old one at all. I can rattle up a decent speed on that and it¡¯s good on the wrists. Not giving it up till it dies :-) but then I learned on teleprinters and tucker tape :-)

A Bluetooth one came with my 8-year-old iMac but for Boot Camp I keep a wired one plugged in, the one with the rainbow lighting effects. :)
