Not very well! I think when he couldn’t care for my mother any more & she was put in a care home, that really was when he started to go down hill.

Decent long stretches of sleep repair the brain according to my neuro. So I’ve been trying to get in minimum 7 hrs at a stretch. Have managed 9-10. Think it’s doing me good post op.
