I very much think you’re right Jude. Unfortunately, it’s not too easy when you have Mr & Mrs Pablo Escobar living next door. It’s only about now, after 18 months my stress levels are going down.

Decent long stretches of sleep repair the brain according to my neuro. So I’ve been trying to get in minimum 7 hrs at a stretch. Have managed 9-10. Think it’s doing me good post op. Jude
