Creating Group lists in ICloud

I need this to be done in my I-cloud folder because that is where my information is being stored! How is that done? Thank you! Larry

I was just told that it is not accessible on I-Cloud.com and that I would need to spend a bit of money per month to move to an exchange server much like at work.
