Hi Jean,
The most common issue like that I can think of is for laptop users with a touch pad under the keyboard - if the touch pad is enabled (as it is by default), then if you move your wrist near it, it can often trigger the mouse to either move or click somewhere unintended.? There should be a way to disable it, but it varies from laptop to laptop.
