It's probably a 2SC828; Japanese transistors often don't have the '2S' marked. It appears to be the same as a BC547 and Spice models of that and its relatives are widely available.

Thanks John. I Find out BC547 but there have no spice model of bc547 in Fairchild Semiconductor. I downloaded BC548 spice model but this file is .mod format. can I use it? If not how can I find out relative Pspice Model. Please help.

Hello,

LTspice accepts any file name for models. Even a filename like partho.duet would be OK.

Best regards,
Helmut

Thanks?Helmutsennewald

But I knew that in Ltspice models are .spi, .cir and .net formet. I have face problem that there dodes not create symbol automatically in .mod format. Please help

Hello Patho,

It doesn't seem to have occurred to you to check if LTspice already included a model for BC547. If you had checked, you would have found it in the standard.bjt file in the LTspice installation, and hence available for selection from the "Pick New Transistor" dialogue.

Tony

The filename (filetype or extension) makes no difference.

What matters is what is inside the file.

For a transistor, the contents of the file should USUALLY begin with:

.MODEL ....

Occasionally a transistor model may be more complicated and contain a .SUBCKT section.

So, open the file and examine its contents.

Thank you andy and john.
