Re: I'm ready to give up LTC all toghether.
I also do not understand why the characters do not have the required parameters. Many people come to rake because of this. Since LtspiceIV in the near future will not be updated (if ever updated),

Re: I'm ready to give up LTC all toghether.
Hello, I guess you haven't heard about the idea of the digital A-devices. These devices should be as fast as possible in the simulation and only add small complexity. Unused pins should be left open.

Yes, Helmut, i saw it.However, I was looking for a definition of Trise etc. that really does not exist in the help file..From what level to what level is the simulator considering the rise of a

Hello G., There is a more general description in the Help, but not exactly an example with your case. Help -> LTspice XVII-> LTspice -> Dot Commands -> .PARAM Best regards, Helmut

Re: LTspice XVII binary log files
Hello, The log file is in ASCII text as usual. Both files, the log-file and the raw-file are 100% the same as in LTspiceIV. You can change the raw-file format to ASCII in the Control Panel as usual.

Re: LTspice XVII binary log files
You might try doing a search of recent messages - this topic has been covered recently. My recollection is that the log files are not binary (what use would that be?), but do now contain null

Thank you Helmut.Could you please point me to the place in the simulator help file that decribes what you have just done? G.BTW. The program is newer guilty. The Programmer/Technical Writer, yes!G.

LTspice XVII binary log files
Hi, I'm trying out LTspice XVII, and found that the log files are now binary. Is there any way to get text files instead? Thanks

Hello, Since when is a program guilty when the user don"t know the syntax of parameter substitution. Do it right, then it will work. trise={TRISE} vhigh={VHIGH} See also my uploaded example

Calculation of the inductance of the amplitude of the first harmonic voltage and current amplitude
Hello. See file Meas_Lx.asc in TEMP folder. It is considered an inductance (large signal), as I have shown in the example? From a plot of inductance on the current amplitude is seen maximum!
