Re: .wav file as input
Hello, I assume one can repeat wave files with the Trigger feature. See the examples in the Files section. Files > Tut > Trigger Best regards, Helmut

Re: Not working subcircuit
Herbert, As Helmut wrote, the problem was the Pin Order of your symbol. Fixing the pin order fixes the problem. I would recommend not using the SINE() function on the voltage source V2. For the .AC

Rudi wrote: "Is it possible to repeat the .wav file n times and with a period of T ?" I don't see that as a listed option, so I am guessing the answer is no. I think your solution with Audacity might

Re: Not working subcircuit
Hello Helmut, that with the V_source depends on the swing of the input voltage. The data shet tells "The device operates from a +4.5V to +11V single supply or from ¡À2.25V to ¡À5.5V dual supplies. The

Re: Not working subcircuit
Hello Herbert, I found now the mistake in your symbol MAX4450.asy. You have interchanged the netlist order in pin 50(-supply) and 97(output). "-supply" should have netlist order 4 and output should

Re: Not working subcircuit
Hello Herbert, The simulation results of your circuit are reallly strange even when I tried to add some DC-offset. I started then from scratch with the model file MAX4450-FAM from Maxims web page and

Hi Andy, Thank you for your quick answer. I removed "./" and specified the filename "ring-1.wav"only, then LTspice on my OS X Yosemite created a file "ring-1.wav" successfully. And QuickTime media

Hello Andy, Ok, i've removed the".\". A last (?) question for wavefile use: Is it possible to repeat the .wav file n times and with a period of T ? May be it's an easiest solution as sound

Re: .wav file as input
The "./" directory refers to the current directory. No need to use it, so remove it. Use just the filename alone with no path. Maybe it is confusing OSX. Andy

Re: LM359 model?
"https://groups.yahoo.com/neo/groups/LTspice/search/files?query=lm359" Instead of that search, you should download the Table of Contents file (all_files.htm) and use it for your searches. Much better.

Dear all, many thanks - found it now at exactly that place(!?). Sorry to have bothered you. I have no idea why the search brought up only the symbol file, just tried it again:
