Re: How to simulate temperature coef of a circuit and measure voltage across a circuit
.step and .param belong on the schematic. You can use the keyboard short cut ¡°S¡± to bring up a dialog box to enter or paste text into. After entering the text, you have to click on the schematic

Re: DanTherm model (SOAtherm)
Hello jammanfr, You have overlooked that th RC-models use a different structure. Please take a look to my uploaded file. soa_therm1a.asc https://groups.yahoo.com/neo/groups/LTspice/files/%20Temp/

Re: How to simulate temperature coef of a circuit and measure voltage across a circuit
Thank you guys, sorry about the delay in response. I read through the help and learn how to click and drag the voltage probe to read the voltage across a circuit. But I cannot do that in DC operating

Re: DanTherm model (SOAtherm)
Thank you for you answer Andy ! The first list comes from the file SOAtherm-NMOS.lib (in ./sub). It's the model created by Dan Eddleman http://www.linear.com/doclist/?au=Dan%20Eddleman. The second one

DanTherm model (SOAtherm)
Hello, I'd like to use the SOAtherm with an user defined MOSFET. Unfortunately, i can't get the relation between the DanTherm model and the manufacturer model. Example: FDB3632 DanTherm model:

Re: LM359 model?
Hello, I just looked. It's still in the Files-section since 10 years, but all old links will be broken since two years, because we have ../neo/... in the path due to a change from Yahoo.

Hello Bordodynov You're allright with your version of LTspice. Earlier versions accepted only subthres parameter ( not ksubthres) but with bad results. By the way the help has not been corrected or
