Hi Andy-san! Thanks your attention for me. I have already 3 account of Yahoo to control my acoount or my Contact information. But I could not modify it. So I have Terminate my account and made new

unexpected result using diode modeling program for LM4041 approximation
Please see .asc in MATURIN TEMP folder; I deleted all the other files (except rainbowsally's...I can't delete it...???) I made up some parameters for the forward voltage drop in a theoretical diode,

Re: electrical contact model with bounce
I would suggest a PWL file driving a voltage source and controlling the switch resistance as the PWL could model the particular switch bounce/contact resistance characteristics that will vary

Re: test circuit for TLV341 voltage reference need help
Thanks, Rick. I had considered that, but I was thinking about trying to use the curve from the LM4041 datasheet...which is for an optimized band-pass device, not close to an "ideal" diode...so i

Marturin, Now that you know how to model a diode, just plug in the behavior you want in the modeling program. It might give reasonable results. Rick

Re: test circuit for TLV341 voltage reference need help
Ah, phooey, I've gotten it all mixed up. Nope, it's not the TL341 OR the TLV431...what I am really trying to find is a model for the LM4041 or ANY shunt 1.225 volt reference (not adjustable, although

Re: test circuit for TLV341 voltage reference need help
Thanks again, Tony. I looked! I swear on my mother's grave!! However, in this case I must have gotten dyslexic: I appear to have searched for TLV341 instead of TLV431. However, I FIRST searched for

YAY! I got it to work! However, I have a leeeetle question: In the Help, it says that the 3rd forward characteristics box is for the difference between the first two measurements (I think...there's

Hello Jack, It's there. Unzip this zip-file and then RUN the .exe. Files > Util > Model Tools > Diode > Diodemodeling.zip http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/LTspice/files/%20Util/Model%20Tools/Diode/

A voltage (or current) source with the PWL (Piece-Wise Linear) option is the way to generate arbitrary waveforms in the time domain. A PWL source can load a separate file that has the PWL data. The

Hello John, Not sure where you looked or how hard, but googling "spice contact bounce" led immediately to: http://www.spectrum-soft.com/news/summer2008/switchbounce.shtm Perhaps that will inspire you.
