There are many ways to get those wrong. ?
Are you currently logged-in to Groups.io?? If you check the upper right corner, does it show your name there, or does it say "Sign Up" or "Log In" instead?? Did you click on a link to go directly to either of those two URLs?? Or did you start at the group's main webpage (/g/LTspice) and then click "Files" or "Photos" in the left column?? Can you navigate into "Files", and see that the "Temp" folder is there, before clicking it?
?
Perhaps.? Was this from your home PC or in a work environment?? It might be a firewall on your end.
?
As for the LDMOS model issue, it seems that it is a separate question, yes?? (I've changed the Subject line.)

开云体育What country are you in? A few countries appear to be blocked from the Files area, judging from reports from a few group members. If that's not the case, you should figure out what the problem is. Can you download files from anywhere else? The PD85004 model is simple and derived from the datasheet using the LTspice proprietary VDMOS model. It won't be perfect because the PD85004 is a lateral MOSFET, not vertical, but it was adequate for what I wanted at the time: .model PD85004 VDMOS(Vto=2.6 KP=0.73 lambda=0.03 + Rd=0 Rg=5 Rs=1.5 + mtriode=0.5 + Cgdmax=3.4p Cgdmin=0.93p A=0.35 + Cjo=26p Vj=0.642 M=0.24) You can use this with LTspice's standard NMOS symbol. --

I haven’t found the ability from the /g/LTspice page to download the files from ??/g/LTspice/files/Temp.? Is this because of firefox or firewalls?Do you get get an error message? Are you trying to do this on a work computer? Some companies' IT policies prevent downloading. One other possibility is that you're trying to access the file by clicking on a link in a group message. Files in the Temp area don't stay there very long (the clue is in the folder name). Linked file that are no longer in Temp will have been moved, but still accessible. Go to the Files area. Copy-paste the file name into the search box in the top right corner, and click the magnifying glass icon. Hopefully, it will be in listed in the search results. --

Is there a non-linear model for Mini Circuits PHA-13HLN driver PA that someone can share with me?Highly unlikely. Did you ask Mini-circuits if they have one? Mini-Circuits do provide S-Parameter data that you can use (indirectly) with LTspice. That should be enough for you verify small signal S11 and S22. To use S-Parameters in LTspice, you need to first convert them to a (linear) SPICE model with the S2SPICE utility program. You can download that from the group's Files area: S2SPICE. --

What kind of simulation are you using?? Transient?? .DC?? .OP augmented with .STEP commands?
?
What you are capable of plotting depends on the kind of simulation you used.

The answers to many of your questions can be found by reading the Help that comes with LTspice.? We can recommend the things for you to try, but those things we recommend come from reading the Help, and trying it ourselves.? You should be capable of doing both yourself.
