There are many ways to get those wrong. Are you currently logged-in to Groups.io?? If you check the upper right corner, does it show your name there, or does it say "Sign Up" or "Log In" instead??

What country are you in? A few countries appear to be blocked from the Files area, judging from reports from a few group members. If that's not the case, you should figure out what the problem is. Can

Highly unlikely. Did you ask Mini-circuits if they have one? Mini-Circuits do provide S-Parameter data that you can use (indirectly) with LTspice. That should be enough for you verify small signal S11
