Why should anyone help you write your Thesis?? Isn't that your job?? If you are not capable of it, perhaps you should not attempt to write a Thesis about something you do not know.? A Thesis is supposed to prove that you thoroughly understand your subject matter.? If you don't know it, you should not steal the work from other people.

If someone handed you a physical comparator and some lab equipment, would you be able to measure it and obtain those parameters?? Simulating it starts with knowing how to do it with real hardware.? (There is more to it than just that, but that is where to start.)

FYI, it is unlikely that your antique LEVEL=1 transistor models with 20 micron channels work correctly with such low voltages.? Most devices made for very low voltages use submicron technology.
