Hi Andy,
Yes, I had to upload moadel (.SUBCKT) for IRFR7446 mosfet, I have for of them in H-bridge configuration, but they are working well
I had to generate/edit symbols for them in Qspice, I even tried them in a different simulation, they seem to work!
