¿ªÔÆÌåÓýAlex, Can you understand what is in the film? Because with me stumbling through the language and only master of one English, with a bit of Polish, I had to take a guess. The historical essence of the countryside and the way the people lived back then was more important.? for me and I think many others, it is difficult to imagine, as we do not have memory because we were born in a different country and to see how people lived back then, is sort of a journey in history and brings us closer to the understanding of our parents and grandparents life. ?I knew that if I put this film out there, someone in our amazing group would be able to understand the language and recognise the area. The Germans were definately not crossing russian borders in 1939! Nor were the Soviets counter attacking. They were slurping vodka together and dismembering our homeland! Regards Alex Paszkiewicz |
