Hi, yes, so what I did is went in and put on file explorer in control panel and allowed hidden files, and then just removed all the freedomscientific stuff, and then had to do a jaws repair. And then had to then download from the site. Still does not show me the jaws folder. Very strange. Might have to reach out again to freedomscientific and see if a bug and then fix.
