Hi, when I had to reinstall jaws 2023 or 2024, the jaws folder does not appear, and just the icon. So had to then totally uinstall and reinstall have contacted freedom scientific and did not give me a good answer.

Two questions:

• Are you installing an update from the Jaws program (ie: Help menu > Check for updates…)?
• Are you downloading directly from the FS web site?

?

It has been known—and I’ve experienced it—that the first option doesn’t work and it is best to download the installation directly from the FS/Vispero website.
