If you mean Patreon, the crowdsourcing site, it would appear so, or at least substantially so.
It could also be that their iOS or Android Apps might be accessible, too.
I can't say whether any JAWS changes since JAWS 2022 have any direct impact on accessibility for the Patreon site.
