The reservation requires 20% within 30 days of committing, for four of us on two-week basis that's $1,000.? When we commit I can get a check to Ken to secure our reservation.? I'd prefer to receive your portion ($250) by December 31.? The remainder will be due to Ken either May 23 or June 20 depending on which date option we choose.? Again, I can provide the required $4,000 to Ken and receive your share ($1,000) about the same date. If you need to cancel after we place our deposit, I think it would be refunded. However, it affects the total paid by the remainder of the group.

We'll be eight months out when we meet this month.? I'm keeping an eye on flights and see some pretty good prices into Boston MA from Portland OR.? Cars are better than last time!

I’ll have our “Preliminary” choice out later today, we’ve got a med-trip today that will last us until evening. I “think” my initial preference would be option B, but in being in-country as portables/visitors might be fun for RAC.

Our HVAC is a near-antique from 1994. Motor was just plain vanilla and only cost about $900 (plus installation and subsequent troubleshooting of course). Unit is still not right so I’m looking at replacing in the fall or spring.

My calendar shows: Monday, August 26, 2200 UTC [1700 CDT]
We are having our first day at less than the 90?F mark since late June. Yeah, my HVAC unit lost its AC motor a couple of weeks ago and is now getting wobbly and acting very strange. Fortunately the separate unit for the upstairs took the load and kept us somewhat cool. May have to cough up some $$ before winter, though I’m hoping to put off a replacement until early spring.

Our AC failed on Friday...fan motor died at 23+ years. We're at our Son's home a mile away.
I failed to put the August date of our next ZOOM meeting on my calendar. Would one of
you reply with that date and I'll send the ZOOM credentials for that session.
Joe and I have endured five days of excessive temperatures.? It is supposed to move into
90s highs today and moving forward.
