Group member posts not sending or showing up

Hi! We have an issue with one of our member's posts not sending or showing up in OCRWAnthology. She was able to post yesterday morning, but nothing is working for her today. I looked at her permissions for posting and I don't see why this is suddenly happening, or how to help her. Her name is Lou. Please advise. Thank you, Selene OCRW

Apple mobile users with Groups.io app no longer able to use links on Home page

We set up links to subgroups on our home page and they have worked well for the last 2 1/2 months, but today users with Groups.io app on Apple mobile devices are taken out of the app and sent to an Internet page to go to the link. Without the app, they lose much of the functionality and it's very confusing. Also, it opens multiple windows for each link. It was working well until today. Was there a Groups.io update that may have caused this? Note that I'm not referring to the links in the Groups.io menu, I'm talking about hyperlinks we created to go directly to subgroup pages.

Hello I don¡¯t know if this is a groups.io problem or Outlook, I¡¯m sorry in advance if it¡¯s not groups.io. So I¡¯m in a group on Groups.io and when a message is sent to the group I would normally get an email instantly. Yesterday this didn¡¯t happen but around 9pm GMT I was flooded with that day¡¯s emails. Today I¡¯ve looked in the group and seen messages and haven¡¯t received any emails. I¡¯ve looked in the Delivery History and can see all of today¡¯s messages unsuccessfully attempted. Below is one example of an error message, I have no idea what it means. What I do know is that I depend on these emails being delivered for work. Deleting a subgroup

For the life of me, I can¡¯t remember how to do this! I¡¯m the owner of a paid group and we need to delete a subgroup we no longer need, and I can¡¯t remember how to do this! I promise to write it down this time if someone can refresh my memory! And please try to give explicit keystrokes, since I¡¯m blind and don¡¯t click with a mouse.

Getting someone reinstated

I have someone who has been a member of one of my groups for several years. At some point, she stopped receiving posts from the list. When I looked in the administrative side, it showed her subscription to the list with the letters "RI" next to it. I assume that mean she was supposed to have responded/confirmed at some point but didn't. I tried to remove her from the list and add her in fresh, but the system won't take it. It says, "The following email addresses had errors:" then lists her email and says, "inactive user." How can I get her back on the list, receiving? Thanks

Can you confirm the only supported format is .txt? I have tried csv and .xlsx and both result in "invalid email format" error

I recently updated the name of a sub-group, but when I add someone directly, the email they receive still displays the old name in both the email address and web link. How can I ensure these details reflect the updated name? kind regards Neil

Membership restricted workflow confirmation

I own a group for behavioral health providers. Our group is restricted. My question is, do I understand the workflow correctly: People ask to join our group, then they are sent a verification email and I receive both an approval email and a membership pending email. Do I have to do anything with appending membership email or do I just reply to the approval email.

Is it a requirement that an invitee to a subgroup must have their own Groups.IO account before they can accept the invite?

I am the moderator of a group. I have a group member - his side menu bar does not have the "new topic" option visible. I can't figure it out. Anyone else encountered this issue? Thanks.

Delete group email

Hi. Hoping someone here can help. i need to delete the subscribe groups email link from our main page. We don¡¯t want people to use the groups email to ask to join. In the text section on that page we have instructions to request membership and it doesn¡¯t use a groups email alias.I¡¯ve read the manual about 6 times and can¡¯t find how to do that. Help! Member directory permissions

I enabled the option to have members see the Directory. But the directory option doesn¡¯t show up for our members. It says the directory is available to the paid subscriptions and legacy free groups who joined prior to 2020. We created our page 2002. Anybody have any thoughts on why our members don¡¯t see the Directory option on the main page of our website? Thanks. Merle

bounce and non-existent domain

I have a recurring problem where messages from a particular user get bounced and if enough of those happen, my account gets put into bounce status. (The bounces are not with my ISP but from a third party they hired to filter incoming email: Vade Secure.) Not having any actual messages from that user I had to get his email address from a reply. Checking that shows a complete DNS lookup failure. Whois has nothing on destacgroup.de and ping fails. Surprisingly, an email to his address hasn't resulted in a failure message. Or a response from that user. New entry on calendar is dark

Hi I added new events to my calendar. When I click back on the date box on calendar, the first page is dark and hard to read. If I click on details, that page is fine. But if I go further to see responses (RSVP's) that page is dark again. Any idea on why that is happening? My first few event entries on the calendar when I started the group are fine. Thank you.
