Storage Limit Reached
GaryK
I received an email that my group has reached its storage limit of 1 GB. The thing is that I subscribed for a Premium level ($220 a year) and my limit should be 20 GB. How can I get this situation corrected before starts deleting my group's content? I cannot find any contact except for this. Thanks.

Make sure you're not looking at the wrong group though.? If it is premium and you're near 20GB, it may be a typo in the notice. Duane |
¿ªÔÆÌåÓýHi, Eric. See Viewing and managing your group¡¯s storage space in the freshly published Groups.io Owners Manual: ? /helpcenter/ownersmanual/1/viewing-and-managing-your-group-s-storage?single=true ? Regards, Nina ? From: [email protected] <[email protected]> On Behalf Of Eric Snyder ? My free group is sitting at 75% full. Is there any simple way to free up some space?? |

Thanks for the pointer, Nina. We have no photos, it's all attachments that are taking up space. Looks like manual deletion is the only way. Or.... create a new group and just leave the old one dormant as an archive. On Wed, Apr 8, 2020 at 5:32 PM Nina E <nina.eppes@...> wrote:

If it is premium and you're near 20GB, it may be a typo in the notice.I have now emailed [email protected] three times and have not received a response/resolution. When I go to the Upgrade in the menu on the left under Administrator it shows my current plan is Free. It also shows my payment of $220 on January 7 for the premium annual account. I should note that I am able to do Direct Add which is a premium only feature. Can any one help in lighting a fire under the support people to at least communicate with me on this issue? I don't want them to automatically start deleting my group's photos because we have gone over 1GB when I have paid for 20 |

Groups created after that date have to be premium to create subgroups. Something isn't adding up if it shows free, but also shows a payment.? You have the same access to support that the rest of do, so nothing we can do to help there. Duane |

Well, they debited my credit card by $220 and they have my credit card information and no other charges have been made. I am astonished that they have not replied all week on this. I really thought this would be a quality organization. I guess I was wrong.

I am sure this is a job easily done from home. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if they generally work from home. -----Original Message-----
