How to handle subgroup of users within a group?
Hello,
I am new to administering groups. I want to set up one for a local community I am helping organize. The community has many members, and I created "[email protected]" which all of them can use to communicate with each other. But the community also has a few directors, who do the various admin tasks. I want these directors to be able to email each other, without it going to all members. Should I create a second group called "[email protected]" for that? Or is there a way to create a subgroup within the original one? Note that this for discussion that is somewhat private, so it wouldn't work to just make it so members can filter it out themselves. The directors mails should not be visible at all to members of the general group. |

It would depend on what kind of group you created, if it was a regular free one then you'd need to create a new group for the directors, but if a paid one then you can create a subgroup under it.
