Are you sure other subscribers are really able to reply to the group? Are the posts you're receiving from them actually replies, or new topics (there's a difference)? If so, probably that whole group

Has a hashtag been applied to the topic? What is the subject of the message? It's common for group admins to restrict the reply options on certain topics. For example, if someone posts a "for sale"

I recommend that you first try out the Digest option in your group¡¯s profile. Subscription ¨C Settings and then select from the Email Delivery Options. Digest reduces the number of messages you see
