via the left side menu, you can select Admin > Preferences > Settings. At the bottom of the Settings page, there is a delete button. You should be able to get to the settings page also by typing Ctrl

Forget Notepad. Just paste them into the "Email Addresses" box and click "Send Invitations." There's no advantage to doing that. Send them all at once and wait.
