We recently discovered that individuals who are no longer part of our IO group were the original owners of the board email group. There are concerns that these individuals may have accessed the board emails after their departure from the board. Is there a way to see if these individuals accessed the board group emails?

Good morning all, For the last couple of weeks or so, Groups.io using Firefox has been very slow to load. At the bottom of the screen is the message something like 'waiting for Groups.io to load'. Other web sites load at their usual speed so it seems that Groups.io has a load/send issue?

Hi All, Members of my group are reporting a malicious email, not sure whether to call it phishing or not. It purports to be one member of the group sharing a One Drive document with another member and asking the recipient to click on a link to see the document. The email is from one member to another using their email addresses. It doesn't go through groups.io. Are other groups seeing this, or does it mean that my account has been hacked? Thanks Sally

I'm about to launch a poll, but I need to clarify one thing. When the poll is closed, are the results automatically sent to the group with a post? The Owners Manual explains how to export the results in json or cvs format, but I didn't understand if there is a way to directly send the results to the group as a simple post. I manage a free groups.io page. All the other free groups offer a files section. One of my managed pages does not offer a file section. Is there a way to add this feature? Thank you, Marsha

Hi guys, so earlier in August, I wrote you guys about changing an email address. I upgraded the premium, and proceeded to make the change tonight. Because I heard back from the member. But now I ran into another problem. And I think I'm just gonna go to Support with this one and hopefully he'll fix it. But don't know. I want to change the email address, and it told me I couldn't change the email address because she was a moderator of another whole group. We have a card making group. So each time we receive a card we add it to the montly photo album and then after a year I can delete them. The photo albums when opened offer a Line of things you can do, like delete the album. But the emailed photos are not something we put there, it is something that happens when a message is sent to the group. Those photos go there for easy viewing. That part is nice. BUT, I am worried about the storage amount and how long they stay there. So far I have not been able to delete them unless I do it one at a time and that will take years to do as there have been probably years of photos there. SO 1. Is there a way to control that album. Like tell it to save up to 100 and then delete any older ones? 2. Is there a way to easily delete the older pages of photos? 3. Does this album count tword storage space at all, in which case I don't need to worry about it? THANKS for any help. Do most Groups.io managers post documents in PDF format? It's kind of a pain when asked to make changes.

Today I invited a new member. He said he had successfully joined through the invite. When I went to check it, My entire group of 161 others has disappeared. Only the new person shows up. I send a special notice out everyday but I have always done it manually. I will be traveling to Europe so timing will be difficult. Is there a way to set up a special notice and have it go out at a certain day and time? Linda Perry

Is there a way a Notification can be sent when a sub-group member posts a message to a sub-group that is set to Announcement Only? As is, the member gets a notification the message is waiting moderator approval. I want to remind the member that particular group is Announcement Only and not for member messages. Hello... I just found and changed the setting of my group so that no attachments can be made to messages sent to the group. I did this because I can not seem to be able to have members create a folder, name the folder, and then upload photos or documents and describe them. The amount of photos sent via messages to my group is now massive. Two questions: 1) What command do I use to delete all the attachments sent via messages to my group? 2) What do I click on to see the list of photos sent as attachments and how do I delete them (see above).
