Yahoo still updating?

Their banner message states "New content can no longer be uploaded after October 28, 2019."

But the Conversations view on the web continues to update. This is a surprising and pleasing finding. The timestamps on the six most-recent messages are:

It's taking a bit of time to migrate over as I work through the issues of dealing with attachments because of the short-sighted view of Groups.io on handling them. Fortunately, the Yahoo group continues to serve us.

That doesn't seem exceptional. Yahoo is continuing to operate as an email reflector, as they said.
Conversations are not "content" like photos or files.

Are the latest messages available on the group web site? Yahoo's intent on the web interface is unclear.
My groups are locked down so no posting, hence I can't tell.

Yahoo seem a little opaque about what constitutes new content. But as they've indicated, email-only functionality will continue, I think after they shutter the web interface (Dec 14th?). Content seems to mean new groups, files, photos?
