We talked about split, I don’t see a merge function. How would I merge two messages?

You would use Merge to combine two threads/topics.? You must be in Topic view, use the down arrow below the topic to select Start Merge, wait for the page to refresh, then use the down arrow below the Topic that you want to merge it into to select Merge Into, then verify that this is correct.? If you change your mind after starting a merge, you can select Cancel Merge from any drop down arrow.

Did it. I had to start merge and cancel merge until I got the sixth one to merge into the first.

Not sure if you didn't understand or were just playing with the function.? Once you select a thread to Start Merge, you go directly to the one you want to merge it into before choosing Merge Into.
