time on calendar and reminder
When I entered the details of more than one meeting and marked Time Zone as Eastern. The time on the calendar shows at 6:30 AM although I entered 9:30 AM.? Since I have not used the Reminder function before (this is a new group) I am wondering if the reminder for the meeting will show as 6:30 AM instead of 9:30 AM.
If this has been discussed before, refer me to the message number and I will look for it. Thanks. |

I did that when I entered the event.? The first reminder just arrived and the information on it was correct.? But when I click on Calendar and look at the complete month, the time there shows 6:30 AM.Have you set the Timezone in your Account under Preferences?? The Calendar should show your local time when everything is set correctly. Bottom line is you need to update your personal account preferences; and if everyone in your group is going to be in the same time zone, you should probably update your Default Sub Settings, too (/g/GROUPNAME/defaultsubsettings).
