Splitting a topic
#split
Chuck Palmer
I have a topic with 3 messages in it.? I'm trying to split out the latest message into a new topic using the instructions here:
/helpcenter/ownersmanual/1/managing-group-topics-and-messages/splitting-topics but that last message does not have the "split" option in its hamburger menu.? Interestingly, the second email in the thread does have that option in its dropdown.? But I want to leave that one and the initial one in the thread. Am I missing something silly??? -chuck |

Am I missing something silly???Not really...this behavior isn't very intuitive, and has confused a lot of people. Regards, Bruce Check out the groups.io Help Center?and?groups.io Owners Manual |
