Send-only subgroup?
Is it possible to configure a subgroup to be send-only?? We need a subgroup that receives information via email from members and non-members (like a suggestion box).? We don't want the sender to see other posts to that subgroup.? I can configure a person's mail frequency to "no mail", but they can easily log in and change that. Thanks for any suggestions, Frank G |

Even main group members would have to send as non-members in that case, but it should do what you're asking for. Duane -- The official Groups.io user documentation is in the Groups.io Help Center. Thanks Duane. I can set "Allow non-members to post", but I don't see a setting that allows only owners/mods to have access.? Any advice? Frank On Sat, Jan 9, 2021 at 5:17 PM Duane <txpigeon@...> wrote: On Sat, Jan 9, 2021 at 02:47 PM, Frank Greco wrote: --

Appreciate the help Duane and Bruce!
?
To summarize:
? ?I manually added specific members to our subgroup (our organization's planning committee).
?
In the settings for the subgroup:
? ?Privacy -> Visibility -> "Group not listed in parent group, messages viewable by subgroup only"
? ?Spam Control -> "Restricted Membership" [ON]
? ?Message Policies -> "Allow Nonmembers to post" [ON]
?
