What is this 6/30 message you are referring to? Is it a copy of something she sent that didn't make it through? If it's something else, it won't be useful for troubleshooting. Lots of people have more than one email address and it's common for someone to attempt to post a group message using an address that is not subscribed. That would be the first place to look. Her activity isn't showing up as bouncing, nor are her emailsIf her attempts aren't showing up in the group's Activity log as (failed) attempts then the most likely cause is using the wrong posting address. But in that case she should be getting a failure return (unless she happened to use the address of another group, and is allowed to post in that group). I can see the header of a message she sent on 6/30, and the emailI have the same curiosity as Bruce about the message you examined. It would only be meaningful if she sent it as a CC to you (at a personal address) when posting to the group; and of course only if it was one of the failed instances.
