My Welcome letter available to use as a template

Eric Johnson #23244 Like many here, I'm a bit overwhelmed by boxes to fill in as templates. Which one would Shal's message go in. I like it very much but am afraid of using it as the wrong template and thus being a bit confusing when it appears in context to a new user.. We are down to about 15 groups ahead of us. I've deleted all the test messages and wait with a worm on my tongue. The two examples on that wiki page are different examples of the same thing: wording you might consider putting into a Member Notice of type Welcome just before the transfer starts (anytime before stage 4). After the transfer completes you would probably want to change the text to be more appropriate for members joining the group under normal conditions, or just uncheck the Active box on that one, and make a second Welcome notice to be Active during normal times.
