How to unlock, please? If you are using a computer, click on Messages. At the bottom of the message that is locked, click on the little down arrow to unlock the topic.

If you open the message on your computer, you can use the ... More button at the bottom of the message to do the same thing.
?
You mention you have arthritis. I am not sure if that means you are using special software. If you are, perhaps there is a spoken command that I am unaware of. Please let us know.

I have arthristis and I accidentally locked one of my messages. Glad you were able to reverse this.

Just to be clear, topics can be locked, but not messages. There have been [rare] occasions that I'd actually like to be able to lock a single message, just to keep someone from editing it (without changing the settings for the entire group). Not an option at this point.

No, am not using special software or spoken command.
My pinkie drags and sometimes clicks a button accidentally.
and for some reason my keyboard is extra extra sensitive and wrong things suddenly appear.

I might be resting my wrists on the laptop unknowingly. ?For now, I'm baffled.

Thanks for the "More" tip. ?That worked. ?I did looks under the available helps but wasn't finding that little tidbit.
