I need help with my new email address

Dear all,

I have a new email address and have just changed it in the settings on
groups.io. I was asked to confirm that my old and new email addresses
would be merged, which I did. However, none of the lists I am subscribed
to with my old address are displayed under my new address, nor is the
group I created and manage.

Can anybody help me?

Kind regards,

Gabi

The Help says that a merge request only is made if the new address is already in use with Groups.io
So that should have been okay.
?
However, is it possible you made a typo??
?
There is a help page about typos in email addresses -?
?
Can you try and report back?

If it didn't work, you're lucky. I don't recommend merging accounts. Starting over....

Assuming you really haven't done much with this new account yet, just log in using the new account and delete it.
?
?
Then log in under the old address and repeat the "Change Email" process.
?
?
You have to provide the new email address. A confirmation email will be sent to that address. You have to click on a link in that email to complete the process. If you don't, then nothing happens.
?
This is all predicated on your ability to log in under the old address. If you can't do that, then none of this is going to work.

Hope this helps,
Bruce??
