How to oversome this?

Having accessed their line entry in the Members Database, a Member is endeavouring to update their information and, for some reason, cannot do so.
The attachment includes two images: one screenshot from the original and the other from the Member.
Does anyone have an idea what is wrong and how do they resolve it?? They have the usual permissions to access their inputs.
Huge thanks in advance

Individual database tables can have their own permissions.? Edit the table properties and make sure you have allowed members to update the rows.

Peter -- There's something missing from your screenshots... the row owner (should be at the top).
?
If you were the one who created that row, then the only way another subscriber can edit it is if you allow them to edit all rows.?

Thank you both for the rapid responses.
The database gives all permissions to row owners with the exception of the editing the database layout. ?Both screenshots were cropped to reduce their size, the names of the row owners do appear at the top of the selected rows. ?I would add that only a couple of members, so far, out of approximately fifty others have are experiencing this issue and the other has overcome it once he realised that he had to click the Edit button first! ?In this case, there is no Edit button and we are no further forward : is it worth elevating this to the Beta group??
Kind regards

Then he doesn't have permission to edit it.? My guess is that he's using another email address to log in than the one he used when he created the record.

Lots of detailed information can be found in the Owners Manual and Members Manual found in the Help Center.

As Duane stated, it's the guy's email address that matters. Did he ever unsubscribe from your group and rejoin using a different address? Has he merged accounts at any point?

I don't think so. Just delete that row and have him create a new one.?
