How does a Bounce get Reset?

I think that Shal posted how a member can reset their bounce but I've lost that and wonder if there is a way for me, the owner, to do a reset? I took the list of Bouncing members on Groups.io and posted that to my group via Yahoo Groups. At least one got through because I've received an email from her. I need to tell her how to reset her Bounce.

Look her up in the members list. If the "B" code is blue, GIO is still trying to send her posts, and will unbounce her as soon as one goes through. If it's red, you can manually send a new bounce probe at the bottom of the page.

Paul,

I need to tell her how to reset her Bounce.

On her membership page, down at the bottom, you can click the Send Bounce Probe button, I think you can also use Send Message to send her info, but of course both of those assume her email address is now working.

She has to receive and respond to a bounce probe in order to unbounce her address. If her status is "bouncing" (blue B) then Groups.io will automatically send her one a few days after the last attempt.

Niggling detail: at that point Groups.io is not sending group postings, but is sending bounce probes - one every few days.

You can send an ad-hoc bounce probe in either "bouncing" (blue B) or "bounced" (red B) status. And the member him/herself will be prompted to have one sent if he/she logs on to the site.
