[groupname]+help@ & Formatting Welcome Messages
[groupname]+help@
I notice that in addition to a +owner email address at the bottom of messages, there is a +help email address. Who does this go to? I¡¯m editing the welcome messages of several groups. One is a main group and the others are subgroups. The editing bar appears on the main group¡¯s special notices page but not on the subgroups¡¯. All the lists have the same options set. Sharon,

"To receive an email containing a list of these commands" /static/help#emailcommands There's also a -help command to Yahoo Groups. It basically re-caps the group's About page. I¡¯m editing the welcome messages of several groups. One is a main group and the others are subgroups. The editing bar appears on the main group¡¯s special notices page but not on the subgroups¡¯. All the lists have the same options set. ? No idea. The Member Notices in a subgroup of my test group have their formatting toolbar.Shal |

I don't see how that could be happening if you're just switching between the main and subgroups though.? Changing that should change it for all groups. Duane |

If you write to that address you receive a message with a list of all e-mail commands. I find it a bit confusing. it looks like an address one could contact to ask for assistance. Marina |
